David Germain began his real estate career in 2013 with Rapid Realty. While with Rapid, David was awarded the “2013 Rising Star Award” for his work ethic and closings. During his career at Rapid, David has marketed and procured over $50,000,000.00 in residential and commercial real estate transactions.

David had the vision to expand beyond facilitating traditional rentals, sales, and lease transactions and provide a complete range of sales, leasing, consulting, development, and management services with a large portfolio of property listings and clients throughout New York State.
